Dave Dash Tournament Champions
The Hamilton Cardinals Minor Mosquito T1 team went undefeated in Round Robin play in the Dave Dash Tournament in Brampton July 27 – 29, 2018. The Semi-finals were a nail biter with outstanding pitching as well as seamless defensive play and strong offense by both teams. In the eighth inning the Cards managed to take the lead and squeeze by the Mississauga Majors winning 3-2 to advance to the Championship Game. In the finals on a hot Sunday afternoon the Cardinals faced the Niagara Falls Falcons for the second time in the Tournament. The Cardinals came out strong and played a hard game defeating the Falcons 12-5 in the Championship Game. Congratulations to the Players and Coaches!
