Hamilton Cardinals Announce 2019 Winter Instructional Indoor Programs

The Hamilton Cardinals are pleased to offer the following Winter Instructional Clinics for five (5) consecutive Sunday mornings at our indoor training facility, the Ancaster Sports Centre.

***The Hitting Clinic is now full, the only option is for the pitching clinic as of November 20th, 2019.****



These sessions are open to all skill levels of players who are looking to improve their game in a state-of-the-art facility with some of the best instruction in Hamilton.



Hitting Clinic 9:30-11:30am (Lead: Dean Dicenzo) ***Space is limited***

Dates:  Sunday mornings (November 24th, December 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd)

Cost: $80  

Location:  Hamilton Cardinals Indoor Facility, Field 2 (Ancaster Sports Centre) 1030 Lower Lions Club Road, Ancaster, ON

 

Hitting classes focus on hitting mechanics for players.  Open to rep, select and house league players.  Players learn to hit for contact as well as for power.  Players will need bats & helmets, suitable athletic wear, protective cups and proper running shoes (no cleats).

Pitching Clinic  9:30-11:30am (Lead: Ed Ivy)***Space is limited***

Dates:  Sunday mornings (November 24th, December 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd)

This class is designed for both beginning and established pitchers.  All ages and skill levels are welcome and players will be groups according to skill level. Players will need suitable comfortable athletic wear, protective cups, glove and running shoes (no cleats).
