The Hamilton Cardinals Announce 8U Coach!

We are happy to announce that Matthew Moir has been selected as the 8U Coach for the 2023 season. 

This is the first year for Matt with the Hamilton Cardinals. 

Matt has had a lot of playing experience, starting back in the Connie Mack and ICBL League.  From there he played college baseball for three years in Ohio (two years at Cuyahoga Community College and one year at Ohio Dominican University).  From there, he continued to an independent league in Australia (the Brisbane League) before heading back to the ICBL for a number of years with Barrie, Brantford and Stratford.

Today, Matt is a high school teacher for HDSB where he coaches a number of school Teams.

Matt is excited to continue his coaching path with the Hamilton Cardinals 8U Team and we are pleased to welcome him in this role.
